Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport just named Gurneet Grover as their new Director of Culinary, which is great news for the hotel's dining scene.
Grover brings over 17 years of experience to the table, having worked with big names in hospitality, both in India and overseas. He started at Le Meridien, Delhi, and sharpened his skills in various kitchens, most recently leading cool dining ideas at Marriott Kathmandu.
Grover is all about mixing classic cooking with a modern touch, turning meals into something special. He believes in keeping flavors real while making sure dishes look good, so each one has its own story.
Grover says he’s happy to be at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport and wants to make dining experiences that people will remember.
