IHCL Expands in Karnataka with New Vivanta Hotel in Mysuru
Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has announced the signing of a 115-key Vivanta hotel in Mysuru, Karnataka, in partnership with the Farah Group.


Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company and operator of the iconic Taj Hotels, today announced that it has signed a new 115-keys hotel in Mysuru, Karnataka, under its upscale Vivanta brand. It is a greenfield project, developed along with the Farah Group, and marks a smart expansion in one of India’s most culturally rich and economically vibrant cities.
The Vivanta Mysuru will be strategically located near the Hebbal Industrial Area, offering both an all-day dining restaurant and a bar. This project aligns with IHCL’s growth strategy of expanding into rapidly developing economic and cultural destinations, further supported by enhanced connectivity through infrastructure developments such as the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway.
