Ooty, officially Udhagamandalam, is honestly a super charming hill station in Tamil Nadu, India. The name Ooty: The Nilgiri Hills' Awesome Queen really says it all. - Train: Take the Nilgiri Mountain Railway from Ooty to Mettupalayam. Then you can get to Chennai.

- Car: There are buses and taxis from Coimbatore, Mysore, and Bangalore.
