You can visit every day from noon to 11 PM. Chef Suresh DC runs the place, which has 102 seats and measures 3,352 sq. ft. He's putting a new spin on local tastes with dishes such as as Avocado Sarva Pindi, Mutton Cheekulu, and a Rajahmundry Frozen Milkshake that will remind you of the good old days.

The name Tuya means pure in Tamil and holy in Kannada. The menu comes from Chef Suresh’s trips around South India, so you’ll find some unusual treats like Kerala’s Kadala Curry with Idiyappam and Biryani from Mysore. The decor features earth tones and local art. There's also an Art Terrace outside and an open kitchen where you can watch the food being prepared. Chef Suresh says, “Tuya is like telling stories with food—it’s real, comes from the heart, and sticks to our roots.” He is rated as one of India's best chefs.
